EMECW India WILLPower
The objective of the Window India Learning Link Power (WILLPower) programme is to strengthen the existing network of co-operation among Indian and European institutions by expanding their experience in student (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, post doctoral students) and staff exchanges.
This programme is coordinated by Ecole Centrale de Nantes ( France) and involves 17 partner institutions:
The project will contribute to increase human capital in the following subject areas: Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning (02), Business Studies and Management Sciences (04), Education, Teacher Training (05), Engineering, Technology (06), Natural Sciences (13), Social Sciences (14)

- 10 members in Europe: Universite Libre de Bruxelles (BELGIUM), Ecole Centrale Nantes (FRANCE), Ecole Centrale Paris (FRANCE), Supelec (FRANCE), Technische Universitaet Muenchen (GERMANY), Politecnico di Milano (ITALY), Universita degli Studi di Padova (ITALY), Politechnika Warszawska (POLAND), Universidad de Sevilla (SPAIN), Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya Barcelona (SPAIN).
- 7 indian institutions: Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, Anna University Chennai, University of Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Rajasthan.
