The CTI (Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur) is an independent body that evaluates all engineering courses, out of a total of 220 engineering schools accredited by this commission.

Its role:

  • Study any question relating to the training of engineers, whatever the field
  • Examine applications for accreditation to issue diplomas
  • Organize the periodic evaluation of engineering training (any training is granted a maximum of six years renewable after a detailed evaluation organized by the CTI);
  • Decide to intervene on its own initiative to carry out an inspection in an establishment in order to verify the training content and conditions.
