Conference on: "safety at sea, an issue for all users"

The Centrale Nantes Team Voile (Sailing Association) invites you to a conference-debate on the theme of "Safety at Sea", which will be given by first Officer Pierre-André Saladay, navigator, radar operator and tactician on the Falcon 50 in the 24F fleet of the French Navy. See you on campus on November 22nd.

Having been involved with prestigious races such as the Transat Jacques Vabre, first Officer Pierre-André Saladay will present his work through the rescue missions he took part in. He will then address the various elements essential to any sailor and the actions and techniques to ensure safety at sea.
                                                                                          
There will be an opportunity for informal discussion following the conference.

Centrale Nantes Team Voile

At the crossroads of performance and dynamism, The Centrale Nantes Team Voile (Sailing Association) organizes nationwide projects in the world of sailing. An emblematic school association, which has been shaped by 10 successive teams of engineering students, comprises twenty members this year, each with very different roles within the team, but united by a common passion for the sea, sailing and sport. Team Voile has, with support from thier partners, spent the last 10 years organising sports projects, solidarity projects and innovative events in the sailing world.
