"Ingénieuses 2020": call for applications

The Conference of Deans of French Schools of Engineering (CDEFI) is organising, for the tenth consecutive year, the "Ingénieuses" competition and has launched its call for applications open to women in engineering (students and engineers in the workforce).

from March 1, 2020 to April 7, 2020

Deadline for applications : 7 April 2020
For the tenth consecutive year, the CDFI is launching the "Ingénieuses" Competition. The aim is to encourage more girls into science and technology courses and engineering careers.

The "Ingénieuses" is a national competition and communication operation. Its objectives are to:

  • promote engineering training and careers for women
  • counter preconceived ideas and gender stereotypes
  • promote gender equality
  • encourage young girls into the engineering profession
The call for projects is open to:

  • All CTI-accredited engineering schools
  • Engineering students in training at a CTI-accredited engineering school are invited to apply for the French Engineering Student Award.
  • Engineering students in training at an AUF member engineering school in Maghreb countries are also invited to apply for the Maghreb Student Engineer Award.
  • Working women engineers, whatever their age and experience, are invited to apply for the prize for women engineers.
