Joint Committee for Contract Staff


The Joint Committee for Contract Staff is a consultative body.

It meets in all cases of dismissal (after the trial period) and disciplinary action (other than reprimands and warnings). It can be consulted with regard to individual questions relating to the professional situation of contract staff (extended leave requests, part-time working, secondment etc.)

As the Committee is consulted only on a case-by-case basis, it meets in sub-committee format according to category.
