Pursue to a PhD
Centrale Nantes offers of a wide variety of Master of Science (MSc) programmes, which combine high-level theoretical training with valued professional skills. Our MSc students have the option to pursue a PhD in France or abroad or as part of the new Integrated Master-PhD track. Five Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees, recognized for their quality and excellence by the European Union, and two Advanced Masters (Masters Spécialisés ®) complete the Centrale Nantes offer.
In addition to the doctorate specialisation, the final year of the engineering programme offers students the possibility to undertake a research internship in one of the school’s research groups. This represents a key step towards the PhD, a real first professional experience in research.
