Yaren is a Smart Citizen Assistant based on Artificial Intelligence, which uses user preferences in combination with location, satellite imagery and environmental data and functions as an interface between citizens, the city and the urban environment.
Its objective: to provide people looking to rent or buy a property with all the necessary parameters for good decision-making.
To do this, Yaren matches the characteristics, preferences, environmental conditions and budget of users with available real estate databases. The properties that are offered meet their economic expectations, but Yaren users can also make sure that the properties are not located in places that are polluted or vulnerable to global warming.
