The Careers Service team will guide you in:

• Refining your career plans through one-to-one meetings and group workshops.
• Preparing your applications (CVs, interviews, pitches) and finding work placements or work-study contracts via career fairs and meetings with companies.
• Discovering different professions and sectors through discussions with alumni and professionals.

An online course is also available, allowing you to learn at your own pace about business etiquette, internship search techniques and application tools.

The Centrale Nantes Alumni (CNA) association also supports Centraliens and Centraliennes from the moment they arrive at the school. Every student can activate their ‘CNA’ account and access the association’s services.

Your journey doesn’t end with graduation. Centrale Nantes has joined forces with Centrale Nantes Alumni to offer you:

• A tailor-made coaching programme to help you tackle professional challenges, bounce back after a setback or give your career a new direction.
• Individual or group sessions led by certified coaches – who are engineers themselves – to help you make informed decisions.

The bespoke coaching programme supports Centrale Nantes graduates throughout their professional journey, at every stage of their career.

This service differs from mentoring in that it offers professional coaching and skills assessments, and is delivered by eight certified coaches and two skills assessment specialists, all of whom are engineers from the École Centrale schools with different areas of expertise.

This coaching will help you make informed decisions about your professional future, regain your balance after experiencing burnout, or find meaning in your career.
