“Nothing Dramatic”: A book produced as part of the Tutored Partner Projects

Thanks to a unique partnership between Centrale Nantes and La Mutinerie, médiation & littérature, students had the opportunity—as part of the Tutored Partner Projects —to collaborate with their professors on the creation of a short novel dedicated to a major issue in our collective life: the fight against discrimination.

Guided by author Sophie Adriansen, they crafted a story that sensitively and accurately illustrates how discrimination does not always take the form of dramatic acts.

Through *Rien de dramatique*, the authors invite us to take a close look at the mechanisms that lead to discrimination, both in higher education and in the professional world. They also remind us that everyone can play a role, at their own level, in helping to prevent and combat it.
The book has not yet been translated. It will be used as a teaching resource in French as a foreign language classes.

A project created by Ela, Emna, Juliette, Sarah, and Valentin, students in the “Stories to Raise Awareness and Combat Discrimination” Supervised Field Project launched at Centrale Nantes in collaboration with La Mutinerie, mediation & literature.
