Conference - Reconciling ecological transition and social equity: how can this be achieved? with Marion Bet

The next Ecological Transition Morning Session will take place on Thursday, 5 March 2026 at Centrale Nantes with Marion Bet, Doctor of Philosophy and Social Sciences and researcher in lifestyles at IDDR (a think tank to facilitate the transition towards sustainable development).

Marion Bet, Doctor of Philosophy and Social Sciences and researcher in lifestyles at IDDRI (a think tank to facilitate the transition towards sustainable development) within the Lifestyles in Transition programme. Her work focuses on the design of a new ecological social contract, food, and the links between ecology and social justice. Marion Bet also has experience in consulting, having supported public authorities in their ecological and social transition.

The conference (in French) is open to all upon registration.

It will take place at Centrale Nantes on Thursday 5 March 2026, in Lecture Theatre A, from 10.15am to 12.15pm.

What are the Ecological Transition Mornings?

Every year, a group of students following the Engineering for Ecological Transition option organises conferences on ecological issues. It is an opportunity to learn a little more and to debate with the key players in ecological transition.
