The #StOpE initiative (stop everyday sexism in the workplace)

Accor, EY and L'Oréal created the inter-company "StOpE" initiative in 2018, to share and promote good practices on this topic. Since its creation, over 140 organisations have joined the initiative, which is under the High Patronage of Elisabeth Moreno, Minister Delegate for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities. Signatory organisations are committed to making a lasting reduction in everyday sexism in the workplace by deploying the actions of the eight priority commitments over time.
