Degree Certificates

First of all you need to submit a request by email to scolarite204aa514-c760-49da-96eb-f221aba27886@ec-nantes.fr, indicating your graduation year, your programme, your specialisation if appropriate, and your full name. You must then follow one of the procedures below.

Complete requests will be processed in the order received, depending on the number of requests and the workload of the Student Affairs office.

How to obtain your degree certificate after graduation

1. If you wish to collect your certificate in person from the Student Affairs Office:

• You can pick up your certificate Monday to Friday by appointment, mornings only (8.00 am to 12.30 pm). Make your appointment several days in advance: scolarite998de35b-4359-4692-ad7d-e03679a7f25d@ec-nantes.fr to allow us the necessary time to get your certificate ready. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
• You must come with a valid identity card or passport (photocopies or digital copies will not be accepted, nor will driving licenses, residence permits, health insurance cards, student cards, etc.)

2. If you wish to receive your certificate by post (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt):

• you live in Nantes or local area (within 20km): we do not send certificates out by recorded delivery in this case. You need make an appointment to collect your certificate in person from the school.
• you live in France: attach a copy of your valid identity card or passport and your personal postal address to your e-mail
• you live abroad: attach a copy of your valid identity card or passport to your email and indicate:
  • the address of the French Consulate or Embassy closest to your home,
  • your postal address (in the language of the country)
  • your personal email address,
  • your telephone number to allow the Consulate or Embassy to contact you easily.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Degree certificates cannot be collected by a third party, or addressed to a third party by registered mail.
• Only one shipment by recorded delivery will be covered by the school. Please make sure you collect your recorded delivery mail within the time limit set by the postal service (you will receive an email with tracking details). If your degree certificate is returned to us, any further shipments will be at your expense.
• Delivery times depend on the country of delivery. Some shipments may also be sent by diplomatic bag for delivery to certain consulates/embassies.
