Private Residences

Many private residences for students are available in Nantes and the surrounding area. Accommodation is usually approximately 20m2 with a private bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
NB Unless otherwise stated, basics such as bedding or cutlery are not provided.

NB Monthly rent is around €500, and you should be eligible to apply for a housing subsidy (allocation logement) from the CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales).
