Visiting professor at Centrale Nantes: Luc Rolland

Luc Rolland, professor at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) will be visiting Centrale Nantes at the invitation of Damien Chablat of the LS2N Laboratory.

Prof. Luc Rolland of the School of Computing, Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of the West of Scotland is visiting at the invitation of Damien Chablat, senior CNRS researcher and head of the Robotics and Living Organisms research group. The professor previously visited the school in 2015.

During his stay at LS2N, he will work on robotics for healthcare with endoscope robots: from design to position/speed and vision control.
He will give a talk on dynamic models in robot design for final year students who are studying for the Mechanical engineering degree apprenticeship (in partnership with ITII).
