Guest professeur at Centrale Nantes: Jesus DE LEON from UANL, Mexico

Jesus DE LEON, Professor at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL), Mexico, is in Centrale Nantes from 19 June to 19 July. He was invited by Malek Ghanes, member of faculty at the LS2N Laboratory, within the framework of the Renault-Centrale Nantes Chair dedicated to the propulsion performance of electric vehicles.

Professor DE LEON regularly comes to Centrale Nantes for his research activities. He works on the robust control and observation of nonlinear systems, in particular on the control of flight craft such as drones.
He also co-authored a book with Alain GLUMINEAU, professor at Nantes Centrale (LS2N, ex IRCCyN): "Sensorless AC Electric Motor Control, Robust Advanced Design Techniques and Applications".

On the teaching side, Professor DE LEON regularly holds seminars for third year students, masters and doctoral students as well as researchers at Centrale Nantes.
